A Look into Interoception
Interoception is the "8th" sensory system, and it is almost always impacted by sensory processing differences. Whether you are acutely aware of your internal sensations or struggle to notice when your body has a need, interoception plays a key role in your physical and emotional regulation.

About the Event
This group is for anyone interested in learning about interoception. We will discuss what interoception is, differences in patterns of processing internal signals, and how interoception impacts our physical and emotional regulation.
Registration is open to individuals and couples ages 18+. Online group meetings will be held via Zoom from 7-8:30 pm EDT (your timezone) for five weeks.
Like all our groups, this group will run on a donation basis. Suggested donations are: $12 per week or $60 for the series for individuals, and $20 per week or $100 for the series for couples. You can read our Group FAQs to learn more.
